The Keller Williams Listing System, or KWLS, allows you to market your listings online when you want, where you want.

By entering a listing into the KWLS, your properties receive free international exposure on the Web through KW.com, market center Websites, your eAgentC agent Website, and all our listing partners.  Your listings will always appear with a link back to your eAgentC Website, meaning only you will get the leads from your listings.

Be sure to download the KWLS Marketing Flyer which lists all of our marketing partners. This is a great customizable addition to your listing presentation!

Additionally, entering a listing into the KWLS will help populate the Online Greensheet that all agents should also be using. This online greensheet streamlines the process for the market center getting your money to you FASTER!!!

Brand yourself as a Keller Williams Realty agent by signing up for a KW.com email address.   We'll create an e-mail account for you which you can access through standard mail clients like Microsoft Outlook and Eudora. 

Additionally, you can set up this email address to forward to any other email address. This is useful if you have a personal email address that you use, or want to consolidate your email accounts.

12 Direct Campaigns

12 Direct Instructions The goal of a 12 Direct marketing campaign is to contact people in your "Have Not Met" database 12 times a year.

Two campaigns are available for your use, Your Agents Matters or Tools for Success.

Each of these campaigns includes four postcards and four letters that you can rotate throughout the year to touch your "Have Not Met database 12 times. Personal phone calls and visits are not a part of the 12 Direct campaign; it is a direct mail campaign only.

8 x 8 Campaigns

8x8 Instructions
The goal of the 8 x 8 marketing plan is to systematically market to your "Have Met" database. This database includes people who you have met, and have a specific real estate need of which you are aware. There are four categories of people that you will need to market to:
  • Prospective Buyers
  • Prospective Sellers
  • Expired Listings
  • For Sale By Owners (FSBO's)
This campaign includes marketing materials (postcards, letters and emails) that are targeted for each of these groups. You can rotate them to touch your "Have Met" database eight times in eight weeks. These can be supplemented with telephone calls and other materials. Once a contact has received all of your 8 x 8 materials, you can move them onto your 33-touch plan. * If you choose to use a local printer - you can download the Quark files for these postcards and edit them with the help of a graphic designer.

This Buyers Guide is a good piece to mail out to a potential buyer as part of your 8 x 8 direct mail campaign, or you may choose to present it in person. The guide focuses on collecting information about the home and neighborhood that a prospective buyer may be looking for.
